I soci della cooperativa It is more than 50 years that we transform the milk of our farms into delicious Parmigiano Reggiano, butter and ricotta cheese.

Il nostro parmigiano The Creamery Cooperative of Roncoscaglia takes its name from the village and the area were the creamery and farms are located.

We are about 1,000 m above sea level in the town council of Sestola, in the deep Appenninio Tosco Emiliano. The environment is famous for the sweetness of the landscape and for the healthiness.

Our old tradition and our people’s sense of respect for nature gives the possibility to produce Parmigiano Reggiano with special characteristics of test and quality.

Our fodders are grown without using any chemical additives and our milk is checked every 15 days. The production follow all the strict rules of "Consorzio per la tutela del Parmigiano Reggiano" (consortium for the protection of Parmigiano Reggiano).
